nuInventa delineated wetlands on an 11.5-acre site in Winona Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana to support the development of the property by a Community Church. nuInventa provided site design support services to develop a plan that minimizes wetland impacts to avoid costly regulatory permitting and mitigation. nuInventa also provided recommendations on incorporating cost-effective best management practices in the stormwater system design to prevent secondary impacts to water resources.
